How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us within 14 days by emailing info@junea.co with your order number and reason for return. If approved, we will provide return instructions.

  2. Pack your items securely in the original packaging.

  3. Ship your return using a carrier of your choice and email us the tracking number.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the signature Junéa pouch within 14 days of delivery.

  • Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We are not liable for lost return packages, so we recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 5 business days. If you haven’t received your refund after this period, please reach out to us at info@junea.co, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
